Will you be the one setting up on the day
Sandi will always be on-site to ensure that setup goes smoothly.
How many team members do you have?
Depending on the scope of your wedding will depend on how many members will be present. It could be anywhere from 1-4 SDW members helping out on the day.

A wedding planner helps you handle all the details from start to finish—budgeting, timelines, vendor communication, contracts, and logistics. They’re your guide through the entire planning process, making sure everything comes together smoothly and stress-free.
A wedding coordinator steps in closer to your big day to make sure everything you’ve planned runs perfectly. They confirm details with your vendors, manage the schedule, and handle any surprises so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.
A wedding designer focuses on the look and feel of your wedding—the colors, décor, layout, and overall atmosphere. They bring your vision to life and make sure your wedding feels personal, cohesive, and beautiful from every angle.
Are planning, coordination, & design all included?
We customize every package to fit your needs — some couples want help with everything from start to finish, while others just need coordination or design support. You can choose one, two, or all three services depending on your budget and how hands-on you want to be. No matter which option you choose, we’ll make sure your day is seamless and beautiful.
Will you cut the cake
Most of the time the caterer will take on this duty unless planned ahead of time, but we are always willing to jump in in an emergency.
Who Handles Cleanup
Each vendor is responsible for cleaning up what they’ve provided but I ensure that all of your personal items have been gathered and handed off to the agreed upon friend or family member.
Do you do more than one wedding per day?
No, we will never take on two weddings or events in one day. We typically don’t even take on more than one per planner per weekend. This is another thing that sets us apart from other wedding planners.
Are we going to be able to afford this
Absolutely! We believe every couple deserves a beautiful and stress-free wedding, no matter the budget. Every wedding is unique, so we adjust what we do to match your needs and your price range—helping you make the most of your budget without sacrificing style or joy.
